Review and Download the Coaching Agreement that has been emailed to you. Please reach out to your coach with any clarifications or concerns.
Confirm calendar invites also sent via email. If you need to decline any scheduled dates please reach out to your coach and suggest alternate times.
Confirm your membership accounts for the Super Creators Unlimited groups (links will be sent upon receipt of this form.)

Terms & Conditions
Your Coaching Agreement will be emailed upon completion of this order page. It provides details of dates and frequency of private sessions, links to access all program assets, location or links for your private sessions, and email and phone contact information for you to reach out to your coach directly. For all questions relating to your online program or materials please email support at support@dixiegillaspie.com. Should you wish to cancel your Coaching Agreement you may do so for any reason within the first 30 days by emailing your cancellation request to support@dixiegillaspie.com. Refund requests will be honored within the first 30 days, less prorated payment for private sessions already completed.
